Thanks for stopping by to get to know me! I'm Michelle, and since my diagnosis with Lyme Disease in 2014, I have been on a journey to forge a healthy path to managing my symptoms. I've learned a lot on this journey, and my favorite part of it all has been helping others along the way! I created this space to inspire fellow Lyme warriors, bring awareness to Lyme Disease, and share what's worked for me. This space is open to any and everyone, whether you are personally impacted by Lyme Disease, know or love someone who is, or just want to learn more. I will also be sharing general fitness and wellness tips here for anyone working towards their best and healthiest self! I am still learning every day, so follow along for my latest tips, trials, and updates!
When I'm not writing about my wellness journey or taking photos ;) I am grateful to work in the healthcare field. I enjoy working out, practicing yoga, spending time with my amazing family and friends, and cuddling with my incredible felines Caleb and Tobias. If you want to know more, feel free to send me a message to get in touch!
